Adam impressed me with his responsiveness, whether by text, email, or phone, and even in person. With short notice, he investigated the availability of several properties and quickly set up tours, at dates & times that fit perfectly outside my work schedule. He's good at his job--I appreciated that he researched the various properties I showed an interest in, and then shared what he knew with me, in addition to providing the standard listing info. Even though my modest purchase would result in a modest commission, Adam was respectful and attentive from start to finish. It was an added bonus that he was able to suggest quality contacts for the services I needed. His knowledge helped me navigate this important decision and make the best choice for myself and the housewarming gifts were a sweet and thoughtful touch. I recommend him without reservation.

I wish there were 6 stars and more feedback "buttons" options. I was lucky enough to have a friend be a client of Mark's long before I needed his services. Mark is the best realtor anyone could hope to be or have. If a client requested 3 realtor suggestions, I would list: Mark Koch, Phil Dunphy (from Modern Family) and Peter Klaven (I Love You, Man) Mark knows his stuff, listens, and is an actual real person, not like those other two. Highly recommend.

Adam negotiated on our behalf for nearly twelve hours on a sunny Sunday. He was incredible to deal with and we feel so fortunate have him on our side. Despite the language barrier with the sellers, Adam battled to get the best price for us and we couldn't be more pleased with our new house in Nanaimo.
